  • Compact size design with 3-inch air blast burner suitable for back of the house kitchen / small portion cooking
  • A series comes with flame failure device (thermocouple) cuts off the gas supply if the pilot flame is out to avoid gas leakage. Optional electronic ignition device for easy operation.
  • B series comes with electronic ignition and safety surveillance system (electronic safety mechanism) cuts off the gas supply within 3~5 seconds if the pilot flame is out or air blower failure to avoid gas leakage
  • Burner chamber with one-piece molded firebrick for heat resistance
  • Detachable splash back for easy transportation and installation
